With the salon industry's heavy use of plastics, we knew a real impact can (and has) been made by recycling a huge amount of plastic. We’ve collaborated with awesome organisations like Dresden Vision and Defy Design to help us in this mission, with some super cool products to show for it!

What do we do with all those plastics?
Wide Tooth Comb
Crafted entirely from 100% recycled plastic collected from the Sustainable Salons network.
This comb can detangle all hair types and has been specially designed to dazzle on your retail shelves, helping you to proudly showcase your commitment to sustainability.
Glasses
We collaborated with Dresden Vision to create glasses made from 100% recycled plastic! Recycled plastic bottles were first broken down into small pellets, then dyed, melted and moulded into shape.

Toothbrush Holders
Suitable for keeping your toothbrush, pen, or brushes upright, these great little holders are made from 100% recycled plastic!

Shower Combs
From old shampoo and conditioner bottles comes the world’s first closed-loop recycled detangling comb! Each comb is made of 47 grams of recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic.

Made from 100% recycled plastic, this self-watering plant pot helps keep your plants hydrated with ease, the environmentally friendly way.

Dog Leashes
Wag tails and turn heads with these 100% post-consumer recycled plastic pet leads! The handle is made from 100% recycled shampoo bottles before being attached to rope made from 100% recycled P.E.T bottles.

Coasters
These coasters are handmade from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic shampoo bottles! These bottles are locally acquired from our members then washed, shredded, and shot through an injection moulder.
