With more than 1,400 Sustainable Salons across Australia, we connect participants with salons who can shave, cut or colour their hair, and ensure the hair collected is put to good use.

From ponytail donations for wigs to recycling hair clippings into environmental solutions, your shave can create impact beyond the fundraising moment.

Taking part in the World’s Greatest Shave is a bold move. After the big shave or chop, you might want a tidy-up. That’s why hundreds of participating Sustainable Salons across Australia are offering fundraisers a special $35 post-shave haircut to help you look and feel your best.

How it works

1. Book your appointment

When booking online or by phone, mention:

“$35 World’s Greatest Shave post-shave style cut.”

If the offer isn’t mentioned at the time of booking, the salon isn’t required to honour the $35 price.

2. Attend your appointment

You’ll receive a $35 haircut only. You may be asked to show proof of participation (e.g. fundraising page or confirmation email).

One offer per fundraiser.

Appointments are subject to each salon’s discretion and availability.

Ponytail donations make an incredible impact too! Each one is carefully sorted and sent to our partners, who transform them into high quality medical wigs for people experiencing hair loss due to conditions like cancer or alopecia.

Valid at participating Sustainable Salons member salons
Fundraisers must mention the $35 World’s Greatest Shave offer at the time of booking (online or by phone)
If the offer is not mentioned when booking, the salon is not required to honour the offer
Offer includes one haircut only
Treatments, colour and additional services are not included
Offer price is $35 AUD, not including credit card and Sustainable Salons fees
