Sustainable Salons is a social enterprise that is making sustainability reality for the feel good industry: hair and beauty salons, barbers, dermal clinics and pet groomers.
We do this by rescuing up to 95% of salon resources from landfill and donate 100% of proceeds from the sale of these materials to local communities and charities.

Prevent Your Salon Materials
From Going to Landfill
Your salon resources can be given a meaningful second life! Hair and pet fur can be made into hair booms to help clean up oil spills. Plastics can be made into outdoor furniture and glasses! Even your chemicals are repurposed and can be used in manufacturing, rather than polluting our waterways.

Feed The Hungry
All aluminium, foil, colour tubes, cardboard, paper, magazines, razor blades, unwanted tools and select disposables are sold for recycling, and the proceeds are donated to OzHarvest and KiwiHarvest to provide meals for hungry people. A full head of foils can provide a meal to someone in need!
